Body-based approach to emotional processing, nervous system integration, and parts work to support you in moving forward with more clarity and ease.
Our bodies hold unprocessed emotion, stress, and trauma.
They also hold the wisdom we need to heal.

When unresolved emotions and stress remain held in our system, we may begin to feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, trapped in repeating patterns, or cut off from our clarity, aliveness, and self-trust.

In these sessions, we slow down and gently meet what is here — emotions, stress, relational patterns, body sensations, and inner conflict — so what has been stuck can begin to soften, unwind, and move.
As what has been held inside begins to soften and unwind, space opens for greater clarity, connection, aliveness, and a more grounded relationship with yourself and your life.
What is Somatic Integration & Processing?
Unlike traditional talk methods, this work does not focus only on analyzing thoughts or retelling your story. Instead, we work directly with the body, nervous system, emotions, and present-moment experience as pathways toward healing, clarity, and transformation.

Together, we gently explore what is unfolding in your inner world moment by moment — including emotions, body sensations, unconscious beliefs, protective patterns, memories, and relational dynamics that may be shaping your life beneath conscious awareness.

My approach is deeply relational, experiential, and trauma-informed, drawing from the elements of Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, Circling and Relational Coaching.

What to expect
What to expect
Each 60 or 75-minute session begins with space to slow down, arrive into the present moment, and connect with what feels most alive or important for you.

From there, we gently follow what unfolds in your body, emotions, nervous system responses, and inner experience moment by moment within a deeply attuned and trauma-informed space.
​
Sessions are available over the phone, on Zoom, or in person. I currently offer many sessions in a phone-based format, as I’ve found that working without video often allows people to settle more deeply into their emotional process and inner world.
​
In-person sessions may additionally integrate therapeutic touch, breathwork, sound healing, and body-based regulation practices when aligned.
​
While meaningful shifts can happen even within a single session, deeper and more lasting transformation is often supported through ongoing work over time.

Psychedelic Integration Support

Psychedelic experiences can open deep layers of insight, emotion, memory, sensation, and inner imagery. Integration support offers a grounded space to gently make sense of what arose, reconnect with the body, and explore how the experience may want to be lived, embodied, or understood in daily life.

My approach is somatic, relational, and trauma-informed. Together, we may slow down, track sensations, emotions, parts, beliefs, and meanings that emerged during or after a non-ordinary state experience, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate at a pace that feels safe and respectful.​
