A sacred experience of intuitive healing touch
A sacred experience of intuitive healing touch
Holistic Bodywork is a space for deep rest, healing, and reconnection with your body. Drawing on over 15 years of practice in therapeutic massage, craniosacral work, Thai-inspired movement, and—most recently—somatic inquiry, I combine techniques intuitively based on the moment-to-moment feedback of your system.
Each session is a slow, attuned exploration—offering your body permission to release stress, unwind old holding, and find its way back to balance. This work supports not only your physical body, but the emotional and energetic layers that shape how you feel and move through the world.
Sessions may incorporate:
Deep Tissue
Indian Head Massage
Thai Massage
Reflexology
Abdominal Massage
Craniosacral therapy
Somatic Inquiry
Conscious Breath
Sound healing
Psychosomatic bodywork
Offered in 75, 90 or 120 minute formats.
This modality weaves together attuned touch, somatic inquiry, and intuitive presence to help the body unwind both physical and emotional patterns. Stress, overwhelm, and unprocessed experiences often settle into the body as holding, bracing, or numbness. Psychosomatic Bodywork offers a gentle way for these patterns to soften from the inside out.
Drawing on intuitive, slow deep tissue and myofascial work, Thai-inspired stretching, craniosacral therapy, breath-led unwinding, and guided somatic inquiry, each session unfolds as a co-created experience. Your body sets the pace, and I follow its intelligence.
The work supports nervous-system regulation, emotional integration, and a shift into deeper inner spaciousness. Clients often describe feeling more connected to themselves, more settled in their bodies, and more available to life after a session.
This is a grounding, nourishing therapy for anyone seeking emotional clarity, embodied healing, and a return to inner coherence.

Unless otherwise noted, all sessions can be either 90 or 120 minutes
Oil-based deep tissue massage
Oil-based deep tissue massage
Drawing on elements of swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and acupressure, the massage is tailored to your individual needs. The movements are slow and purposeful, with the goal of inducing a deep state of relaxation, while addressing each issue that is important to you. Intuitively listening and learning how your body responds to touch, I slowly work into the muscle layers, always warming up and smoothing out any deep work. By holding and waiting, I support the fascia to release naturally on its own. This, in combination with gentle rocking motions, trigger points release and arm and leg extensions, will facilitate deep relaxation, loosen tight muscles, and bring relief to your chronic aches and pains. The end of the session incorporates Craniosacral Therapy touch to realign and balance the flow of the craniosacral rhythm of your body.

Thai massage
Thai massage
Imagine a bodywork session that combines the effects of yoga, meditation, and deep tissue massage at the same time. Thai Massage is designed specifically to speed up recovery from intense workouts or injuries, increase your mobility and facilitate your body’s optimal performance. This type of massage is excellent for athletes. It is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage, and it is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches to promote physical, energetic and spiritual healing. It is like doing yoga without any work. The massage is performed on a padded mat on the floor, while you are fully dressed in loose comfortable clothing.
Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a system of listening and supporting the body's natural healing mechanisms. Profoundly relaxing and soothing to the nervous system, it works with the membranes and the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid that protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is generally light and still. By gently resting the hands on your skull and sacrum, I will evaluate your craniosacral rhythms. Then, I will use the bones of the sacrum and cranium as “handles” to manipulate the deeper layers of fluid and membranes, supporting the body in restoring its natural balance, peace, and wellbeing. The work is performed with such gentleness that the body itself can do the healing and necessary adjustments. A session can be described as a physically connected meditation, in which hidden information in the craniosacral system reveals itself.

Reflexology
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the principal that our reflexes in the head, hands and feet directly correspond with glands, organs and other body parts. During the treatment, I use my thumb and fingers to stimulate reflex points on your feet to trigger physiological changes, supporting your body in healing itself. Working on many levels, this deeply relaxing therapy stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems, encouraging your body to release toxins and boost immune function. If desired, Reiki can be incorporated into the session to cleanse and balance your energy centers, while re-aligning your system to your natural essence.
Indian head, hand and foot massage
Indian head, hand and foot massage
Indian head, hand and foot massage is a grounding, balancing and restorative form of bodywork. The session starts by using firm yet gentle rhythmic movements to clear built-up tension in the head, neck, shoulders and arms. This more vigorous part of the session is followed by soothing pressure point work on your head, hands and feet with the goal of stimulating nerve endings in those areas to release energy, relax muscles and encourage the body to naturally restore its own healthy balance. The session is performed while you are lying on a massage table facing up, either fully clothed or undressed down to your waist and covered with a blanket.
